If you have joined a Wim Hof Method Breathwork event with us before then you are able to join this gorgeous and powerful session at YogaBomb on Saturday 8th June [6.30pm - 9pm]. This session is designed to take you deeper with your breathwork journey and offer you additional benefits when combining with ceremonial cacao and sound.
We will open our evening in ceremony with ritual and intention before welcoming the heartwarming goodness of mama cacao. As we allow the vibration of cacao to travel through our veins, we will chant together before activating and clearing energy with our medicine drum. Jim with then guide you through a Wim Hof Method Breathwork practice then call us back for grounding and sharing.
