When you leave your Wim Hof Method Fundamentals or Advanced Workshop, you can feel empowered, alive, ready to make significant changes in your life and ready to commit to the Breath, Cold and Mindset.

Commitment is the biggest challenge yet the biggest reward! We know December is a busy month with festivities, deadlines, pleasing people and maybe some potentially stressful situations thrown in to take you off track so here we are with support to you thrive (and survive!) during December!

We will meet on Sunday 3rd December to set the scene, open the gathering, share our goings-ons, set intentions and dive into a deep Wim Hof Method Breathwork from the comfort of your own home then we will meet each week for Wim Hof Wednesday to Breathe, then you can take your cold shower/plunge straight after.

This Zoom has limited availability, which allows us to create a community vibe and keep it personal. All sessions must be attended to get maximum benefit and in order for you to fully commit.

  • Sunday 3rd December > 5pm - 7pm ~ Gather to Open the Zoom, Shares, Set Intentions & Breathwork

  • Wednesday 6th December - 7pm - 7.45pm - Gather for Breath [you follow with cold immersion]

  • Wednesday 13th December - 7pm - 7.45pm - Gather for Breath [you follow with cold immersion]

  • Wednesday 20th December - 7pm - 7.45pm - Gather for Breath [you follow with cold immersion]

  • Wednesday 27th December - 7pm - 8pm - Gather for Breath, Set Intentions [you follow with cold]

Who is this workshop for?

This 5 part Zoom offering is suitable for anyone who has already attended one of our Wim Hof Method Workshops so that we already have a relationship with you. If you are now pregnant, if you are epileptic or have cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before joining the Zoom offering.

We advise joining the zoom on a fully digested belly - you will remember that its not comfortable to breath when you have just eaten.

Investment: £44 if joining alone or £55 if two from same household

What to Prepare: set up a safe space where you will not be distracted, mat/bed to lay on, blanket, note book, food for after your cold immersion.
